Space Shuttle Launch Audio - play LOUD (no music) HD 1080p

You need a sound system with a lot of power and a great sub (turned up to house shaking level) to get the right effect of this video. I made this for all the people who dreamed of seeing a launch in person but were never able to make the trip themselves (myself included).

We've made it into space!!!!

We left our rocket through the air tight seal and emerged into a starry sky!

We walked across the moon getting dust on our space boots...

We squeezed through the huge moon rocks...

Then we sped back down to Earth to wash the moon dust from our boots...

Next we visited the rings of Saturn, they are made of ice!

After Saturn we visited Mars - the red rocky planet. We climbed it's giant mountains; they are the biggest in our solar system!

We visited the giant ball of gas that is Uranus...

Next we flew past the Sun, gee whiz it was hot!!!

We survived a fierce storm on Neptune!!

After our adventure in outer space, we landed safely back on Earth!

WE'RE HOME!!!!!!!!

Friday 8th November 2013

This week we have been learning about Bonfire Night and Diwali.  We have been using describing words to help us write a poem about Fireworks!

Using some of these words we created a class poem and we thought you might like to see...

We have been finding out (and tasting) food from India.  We found out about the story of Rama and Sita, made diva lamps, and watched a video about how children celebrate Diwali.  If you would like to watch the video at home, please use the link below. smiley
