Yoga and Mindfulness Club
Yoga and Mindfulness Club is run by Mrs Brentnall on Tuesdays from 3.00-3.45pm. This club is open to Year 1 and 2 children
Yoga is a fun and relaxing way to unwind. We will start most sessions with an introduction from each member and a sharing of positive energy. We will then 'shake out' any negative energy and begin our routine.
We play lots of Yoga position games including 'guess my pose' and 'follow my leader' and will learn how to focus our mind in a fun way. We end the sessions by reminding ourselves of how to remain positive and we charge our positive energy for the week ahead.
