SCHOOL WRAPAROUND CARE

We offer Wraparound Care from 07h30 until 18h00. The gate can be located in the alleyway that connects Cromwell Road and Stream Walk.

BREAKFAST CLUB

Our School staff run Breakfast Club from 07h30 until 09h00 when they take the children to their classrooms. Breakfast is served to the children until 08h30.

The cost of the sessions is as follows:

07h30 - 09h00: £6.00 per child per session, paid termly

Ad Hoc bookings: £12.00 per child 

If you would like your child to attend Breakfast Club, please visit the Pupil Asset website, click on 'Clubs', and then select 'Breakfast Club Booking'. This link will take you to the booking page, where you can view the available dates. Once you have chosen the dates, you will be asked to pay.  If you use childcare vouchers, please contact our School Business Manager to arrange this prior to booking on office@westmeads.kent.sch.uk.

All bookings need to be made for a term in advance.

Please ensure you book by 14h30 the day before the session you require. If you have any problems, please contact the School Office on 01227 272 995.

FREE BREAKFAST CLUB (Applicable to school age pupils only. This does not include nursery children.)

The school is participating in the Free Breakfast Club Pilot Scheme, which will run until 31 March 2026.

Under this scheme, your child is welcome to attend breakfast club sessions from 08h30 to 09h00. This session is free of charge and includes a light, cold breakfast.

If you would like your child to attend Free Breakfast Club, please visit the Pupil Asset website, click on 'Clubs', and then on 'Free Breakfast Club Booking'. This link will take you to the booking page where you can select your preferred dates. 

All bookings must be made termly and in advance.

Similarly, if you need to cancel a booking, please do so before 14h30 the day before, otherwise, you will still be charged.

AFTERSCHOOL CLUB

Our Afterschool Club is run by school staff from 15h30 - 18h00. The children are collected directly from their classroom or from an afterschool activity club if needs be.  

The cost of the sessions is as follows:

15h30 - 18h00: £9.50 per child when booked termly and in advance.

Ad Hoc bookings: £12.00 per child

Additional Fees for Late Pick Up (after 18h00): £10.00

Please book and pay on the Pupil Asset website termly, and in advance. Feel free to contact the school office if you have any difficulties booking. Childcare vouchers will be accepted. Please ask the School Office for details if required.
