I like coming to school to see my friends and teachers. My school is the best in the world and probably even the universe.

I think Westmeads is a really great school both Billy and Johnny have come on so well especially starting in mid-term being the two new kids. They was welcomed and both done well in learning and also social skills. The SEND team have also been really good with them both, I’m really pleased. The whole school have been good and I haven’t got any negatives- all positives.

The support, creativity, approach and range of learning the teaching staff (from leadership through to support staff) is fantastic. We are We are so impressed with the support William has had since Year 1 (in particular) and so grateful that we can continue the love of learning at home. As Early Years Phase Leader at Goose Green Infant School in London, I was really keen to find out about the Curiosity Approach which had recently been introduced at Westmeads Infant School. I was fortunate enough to come and spend the afternoon at this lovely school to find out more. It was such a wonderful visit and I learned so much. The children were excited to show me all of the interesting objects around the classroom, and were confident to tell me all about their learning. I have taken lots of ideas back to my school and plan to introduce the Curiosity Approach next half term to my team. Thank you Westmeads Infant School for such an insightful and inspirational visit!

As a child psychologist I get to visit a lot of schools as part of my work; not all are as welcoming as Westmeads.  The school and its staff understood the purpose of my visit; set it up quickly and efficiently and were expecting my arrival on the day.  I was made to feel like a valued visitor.
